As a large proponent of community involvement, The South Carolina Foothills Heritage Fair is proud to offer a variety of opportunities for local residents to participate in the fair through special exhibits.

Please choose either to register online or register by mail. When registering online, click ‘add to cart’, fill out the registration form and submit payment. When registering by mail, download, print forms, and return with payment of cash or check.
CANNING COMPETITION
Bring your Jams, Jellies, Pickles, Relish, Vegetables, Fruits, Sauces and Meats that you have canned this year for a friendly Canning Competition at the Fair. You might be the Grand Champion! Entry is FREE and is open to any age. Entries can be filled out online or can be delivered to the fair grounds on Sept 19, 2021 from 2-4pm (Early entries may be dropped off at Oconee History Museum Tuesday–Saturdays from 11am-5pm). Sponsored by the Oconee History Museum.

4-H DOG OBEDIENCE SHOW

4-H Youth members in grades 3 – 12 are invited to participate in the Dog Obedience show at the SC Foothills Heritage Fair. For more information, contact Oconee County Extension Office (864) 638-5889
4-H POULTRY SHOW

The poultry show is open to all 4-H members throughout South Carolina. Youth ages 5 – 19 are eligible to participate. This show will consist of Showmanship and Breed Class. For more information, contact Oconee County Extension Office (864) 638-5889.

4-H RABBIT SHOW

The rabbit show is open to all 4-H members throughout South Carolina. Youth ages 5 – 19 are eligible to participate. This show will consist of: breed class, showmanship, breed ID, judging contest and a written rabbit knowledge exam. For more information, contact Oconee County Extension Office (864) 638-5889.
