Are you a local farmer, artisan, or small business owner passionate about bringing fresh, high-quality products to the community? We would love to invite you to apply to become a vendor at our market!

Our Farmer's Market will be open on May 3, 2025! Join us and connect with customers who value fresh, locally sourced, and handcrafted goods!

Accepted Products

Our market is a product-only marketplace. We strive to achieve the following composition:

We accept products from vendors within a 50-mile radius, including:

Fruits & Vegetables grown by the vendor from seeds, seedlings, or transplants.

Potted Plants & Live Starts cultivated by the vendor.

Eggs from the vendor’s own poultry.

Honey produced by the vendor’s bees.

Meat Products from animals raised on the vendor’s farm.

Dairy Products including milk, cheese, and yogurt from animals raised by the vendor.

Fish Products that are either humanely caught or raised.

Fresh Cut Flowers from the vendor’s farm.

Foraged Products (approval required before sale).

Baked Goods & Packaged Foods made from scratch using regionally sourced, sustainable ingredients.

Pet Food & Treats made from scratch with locally sourced ingredients.

Handmade Bath & Body Products featuring natural, sustainable ingredients.

Natural Cleaners using eco-friendly materials.

Handcrafted Artisan & Craft Products using natural materials with minimal pre-manufactured components.

If your business does not meet these requirements, please do not submit an application.


Products Not Accepted:

❌ Resellers or wholesalers.

❌ Service vendors (sponsorship opportunities may be available instead).

❌ Foods prepared in unauthorized kitchens.

❌ Highly processed or pre-made food mixes.

❌ Carnival-style foods (e.g., funnel cakes, candy apples) unless using regional ingredients.

❌ Beverages not produced by the vendor (e.g., soda, energy drinks).

❌ Meat and dairy products treated with growth hormones.

❌ Products containing THC.

❌ Franchise or mass-produced products.


Vendor acceptance is based on:

✅ Market composition (50% Farmers, 30% Value-Added Goods, 20% Artisans).

✅ Product variety to prevent excessive duplication.

✅ Vendor history, including attendance, consistency, and compliance.

✅ Ability to meet market demand with sufficient inventory.


The F.A.R.M. Center values transparency within our vendor community. We may request additional information at any point during the application process or market season, including updated farm plans, planting and harvesting details, supplier information, or any other relevant documentation. Additionally, The F.A.R.M. Center reserves the right to conduct farm or production site visits if concerns arise regarding vendor products.
